However, don’t think that your design won’t be unique. Each project we take on is different, and no two designs are the same.

We still use passive design, (if possible) to not only relieve heating and cooling costs, but so the occupants’ enjoy living in their new home.

(Passive design is design that does not require mechanical heating or cooling. Homes that are passively designed take advantage of natural climate to maintain thermal comfort).
